I slept through my alarm clock and missed yoga.
By slept through I mean I heard it and turned it off in my half-awake state.
I don’t work until 10am tomorrow, plenty of time to get a workout in.
You can have all the motivation in the world and want to get fit, but if you don’t put in the time you just won’t see results. I am struggling a little bit with adjusting to a new routine of waking up earlier and not making excuses for myself.
After all excuses got me 100 lbs overweight.
I CAN DO THIS. I just need to work on the mental aspect of getting myself in shape. I keep thinking “Why am I even trying? You aren’t going to be able to do this…” Or waking up and expecting to be 145lbs.
It didn’t take a week to get me like this, it isn’t going to take a week to get back to it.
I just have to do it.

Dinner was Chicken Treat. The host family brought it home for us, and I didn’t know that’s what they were cooking. I wish I had known and I would have made something in advance.
I limited my portions though and was very proud of myself. I’d never had it before, and it was not very good quality. I don’t know much about it as it is an Aussie restaurant.. Is it considered quality food? Or low-end fast food?
